| 摘 要： | 对中国国有商业银行、股份制商业银行绩效进行了分类对比评价和分析。国有商业银行由于其产权制度及其特殊的地位，盈利水平不及其他银行，但流动性较高；而股份制商业银行盈利性较高但安全性不足。结合分析结果，给出了国有商业银行提高绩效的建议。

| Abstract: | The paper compares and appraises Chinese state-owned commercial banks and stock commercial banks. The results show that perormances of state-owned commercial banks are not so good as other commercial banks; Chinese stock commercial banks are highly profitable but lack in security. Finally, the author gives out suggestions, taking in regard of the analysis result, on the further performance upgrade of domestic commercial banks. |
