| 摘 要： | 随着美剧的热播,越来越多的观众趋之若鹜。然而美剧中频繁出现的关于杀人的罪名种类及其中文翻译使得不少观众感到迷惑。本文介绍了英美普通法中关于杀人罪名的分类情况及其中文翻译,讲解了涉及的相关法律术语及其渊源,从而使观众对其有一个清晰的了解,从而更好理解剧情和英美普通法。
