| Abstract: | Central Soviet Area, in the process of anti-corruption , not only established supervisory authority agency, but also mobilized the masses to participate in the monitoring. It has achieved the effective combination of power supervision and rights monitor and reflected the breadth of supervision by the masses. It has a very profound historical enlightenment in current anti-corruption work in institutions of higher learning. |
