| 摘 要： | 毛泽东、邓小平的法制思想对我国社会主义法制建设起过非常重要的作用，但是，由于他们所处的时代不同，对法制的功能认识不同，在实践中也形成了不同的特色。对此进行比较、分析和研究，有利于我们总结历史的经验教训，推动社会主义法治国家的建设。

| Abstract: | Both Mao Ze-dong and Deng Xiao-ping Legal Thoughts have played an important role in the construction of the socialist legal system.However,because Mao Ze-dong and Deng Xiao-ping were at different times,their legal thoughts were different and characterized differently in practice.Comparative studies,analyses and researches on the two thoughts are helpful to sum up historical experience and lessons and to promote the construction of a socialist country under the rule of law. |
