| 摘 要： | 进入改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期,邓小平顺应时代的发展,在全面总结历史经验的基础上,果断提出了“人民民主专政法制化”思想。这一思想虽然长期被理论界所忽视,但其生命力和历史穿透力极强,至今仍振聋发聩,对于当前我们正确认识和处理民主、专政、法制的关系以及建构“将然”的专政模式,具有重要的现实意义。
