摘    要:重视高等院校教师教育素养的提升,对教师和学校的可持续发展都具有深远的意义。高校教师的教育素养与学生管理取向之间有紧密的关系。提升高校教师教育素养及建立适合的学生管理取向二者是相辅相成的。
