物理师资创造力培养的研究与实践

摘    要:教师教育的对象是人这一特征决定了教师创造力同科技人员的创造力,在要素组成与培养途径上都不尽相同,有其自身的特殊性.本文就培养合格物理师资为目标,深入研究了物理师资创造力的组成和有效的培养途径.经实践检验,所得成果有一定的推广价值.

Abstract:The teachers’ working target is people but not objects, which determines that the teachers’ creative ability, compared with that of the scientific and technical personnel, has its own characteristics, and should have different components and ways of training. This paper sums up part of our achievements and experiences we gained from our research and experiments.
