| 摘 要： | 从阅读率概念入手,简要介绍了我国公民阅读率现状,并从多角度分析了全民阅读率下降的原因,探讨了提高全民阅读率的途径与对策,认为,只要国家与图书馆共同努力,开展相应的图书宣传活动,全民阅读率一定会不断提高。

| Abstract: | With the conception of rate of reading,this article briefly introduce the complexion of reading rate in our country,brings forward the problem that the reading rate dropped,analyzes its reason and discusses the way of solution from the point view of the state and library.The article holds the opinion that the reading rate will be greatly improved so long as we unfold some activities to propagandize books with the effort of the state and library. |
