| Abstract: | Regarded as one of the famous legal families in the world, the Chinese traditional law's basic features can be comprehensively recognized from the five aspects as follows: its external features, guiding line, legal source, judicial activity and code sample. The Chinese traditional law which has been established over the past thousands of years is the cultural legacy which we should face when we march toward the modernization. |
