摘 要: | 基于四维培训体系理论,以国内某大型国有企业为样本,采用理论研究加案例分析相结合的办法,根据该企业人力资源培训工作的实践,分析其现阶段培训管理中存在的问题,进而提出该企业如何改进培训管理的对策建议.

Abstract: | Based on the four-dimensional training systems theory,take an Chinese large-scale State-owned business as the sam-ple,the article uses a combination of theoretical research and case analysis to analyses question which exists in its present stage training management according to the enterprise human resources training work practice,and then proposes the enterprise how to im-prove its staff training management. |
