摘    要:有限元分析是机械设计工程师不可缺少的重要工具,它广泛应用于机械产品的设计开发。论文对Pro/MECHANICA Structure模块的基本优化功能进行了介绍,详细论述了其区别与其它有限元软件最显著的特征-利用Pro/ENG INEER参数化工具的优点进行模型的灵敏度分析和优化设计。并以塑料卡勾为典型进行了优化设计的具体实践,实现了几何建模和有限元分析的无缝集成,优化了设计,提高了新产品开发的效率和可靠性,同时为产品的标准化设计提供了参考依据。

Abstract:The Finite Element Analysis(FEA) is an essential tool for Mechanical Engineer,and is widely applied to the design and development of engineering products.This paper introduces basic optimal function of Pro/MECHANICA Structure,and discusses its significant feature which is different from other FEA software,that is,using parameter tool of Pro/ENGINEER to carry out sensitivity analysis and optimal design.It carries out the optimal design of plastic snap-fits and actualizes jointless integration between modeling and FEA,what's more,advances the efficiency and the reliability of the new products development.Meanwhile,it has provided the reference for the product standardized design.
