| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,从参与课外体育活动的态度、动机、活动次数和持续时间、项目选择及影响因素等方面对当前河北省农村中学学生参与课外体育锻炼的现状进行了调查与分析,指出其中存在的问题,并提出了建议。

| Abstract: | the present condition of the extracurricular physical training in the middle schools Hebei province was surveyed and analyzed from their attitudes, motivation, the times and lasting time, sport item choice and affecting factors by literature, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics. This paper pointed out the problem and put forward the suggestions. |
