| 摘 要： | 从科学和社会学的角度探析诺贝尔化学奖获奖进行科学创新性研究的特点，对于我国化学研究的深入进行和科学人才的培养有现实意义。获奖做出开创性贡献与其所受的科普教育，高层次学历教育，特别是和一流科学家的广泛学术联系，合作研究有关，还与其所在的科学组织的整体水平，环境，条件，科学传统的形成，合理的科学体制有着十分重要的关系。

| Abstract: | From scientific and sociological points of view,this paper has analysed the characteristics with which the Nobel laureates of chemistry engaged themselves in innovational and scientific research.The fact that the Nobelists can make great contributions has something to do with their education of popular science and high educational level,especially with their connection with excellent tutors,widespread academic exchanges and cooperative research;in addition, it is also closely related with the whole research level,environment,condition,scientific tradition and appropriate system of the organization that the Nobelists belong to. |
