| 摘 要： | 经济的快速平稳发展需要资源,解决资源问题的着眼点和立足点必须放在国内。因此,建设资源节约型社会是我国经济社会长期可持续发展的必然选择,而加快建设节约型社会,控制和降低对国外资源的依赖程度,对于确保经济安全和国家安全有着重要意义。
