| 摘 要： | 科技投入与科技进步对经济增长具有促进作用已成为人们的共识．经济增长是科技投入的基础，本文在分析我国科技投入状况的基础上，建立数学模型定量地分析经济增长对科技投入的影响，并提出了政策建议。
