大蒜素对缺血再灌注损伤保护作用的机制

摘    要:查阅国内外有关大蒜素作用机制方面的文献,其作用机理与具有清除自由基、钙拮抗扩张血管、抗动脉硬化、抗血小板聚集、及改善微循环和抑制白细胞活化等作用有关.现就其在运动中防治缺血再灌注的作用进行综述,为以后大蒜素在运动方面的应用提供帮助.

Abstract:By using the method of documentary,the paper points out the fundamental of allicin relates to following functions:the funciton of eliminating free radicals,the calcium oppress and expansion blood vessel,the anti-arieriosclerosis,the antiblood platelet gathers and improving micro-cycle and supperssing white cell activation etc.The paper summarizes the function of allicin in preventing and curing ischemia-reperfusion injury in sports and provides reference for its further application in Sports.
