The Innovation of Normal Education Mode--The Cooperation Between Normal Colleges and Universities

With the major premise of developing normal education, the reform and innovation of Chinese normal education mode is the urgent task. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the possible reforming modes and innovative strategies. In the writer's opinion, there are advantages as well as disadvantages for both normal universities and comprehensive universities. Considering the actual demand of the development of China's elementary education, there is possibility for normal universities and comprehensive universities to cooperate with each other and realize the cooperation of the normal education.
