| Abstract: | Rural population is more and more concentrated and little towns' construction step is quickening,along with the economic development in the western Fujian.When carrying out the planning of the western Fujian,first,we should reasonably base on the reality and develop ecological towns' construction;second,we should respect science and plan reasonably;finally,we should attach importance to characteristics and put people in the fundamental place,and really fulfill the villages and small towns constructional development toward the comfortable living level in 21st century in our country. |
