摘    要:探讨社会网络嵌入与大学生创业意向的关系,采用社会网络量表、核心自我评价量表、威廉斯创造倾向测评量表、创业意向量表对大一到大四360名大学生进行调研。结果发现:(1)社会网络嵌入与核心自我评价、创造倾向和大学生创业意向呈显著正相关;(2)社会网络嵌入显著正向预测启示作用

Abstract:This research investigated 360 seniors to explore the relationship between social network embedding and college students’ entrepreneurial intentions, using social network scale, core self-assessment scale, Williams’ propensity-to-measure scale and entrepreneurial intention scale. The results showed that: (1) there were significantly positive correlations between social network embedding and core self-evaluation, and between creative tendency and college students’ entrepreneurial intention; (2) college students’ social network embedding had a significantly positive prediction to entrepreneurial intention; (3) the core self-evaluation played a mediating role in the influence of social network embedding on undergraduates’ entrepreneurial intention; and (4) creative propensity played a regulatory role in mediating the relations of social network embedding and entrepreneurial intentions, mainly the latter half of the path. The findings helped to study the role of social networks in promoting undergraduates’ entrepreneurial intentions and to enhance their core self-evaluation
