| 摘 要： | 新一届中央领导集体提出了和平崛起的战略思想,中俄关系是中国能否顺利实现这一战略目标的重要变量。本文从中俄两国经济层面、国家安全层面、国际事务中的战略合作层面分析入手,认为如能处理好中俄关系中的干扰因素,中俄关系将成为中国和平崛起战略的积极因素。

| Abstract: | The new collective leadership puts forward the strategic thought of peaceful rise.The relationship between China and Russia is an important variable which influences China's achieving this strategic objective.With economic factors,national security and the strategic cooperation in international affairs between China and Russia taken into consideration,the relationship between China and Russia will constitute one of positive factors of China's peaceful rise,if China can properly deal with negative factors in the relationship between China and Russia. |
