从国家助学贷款谈大学生诚信教育的迫切性

国家助学贷款工作开展以来,取得了很大的成果,但在实施过程中却出现了诚信缺失的问题。从当前我国国家助学贷款工作的现状出发,分析助学贷款中学生违约率高的原因,提出加强大学生诚信教育的措施和途径,倡导建立高校学生诚信档案,与全国联网的个人金融信用系统、中国高等教育学历查询系统连接,加强贷款机制和体制的约束力,使国家助学贷款步入健康良性的循环。
