城市教师人格特质、主观幸福感与幸福行为表现的关系

摘    要:本研究以168名城市教师为被试,采用问卷法,探讨城市教师人格特质、主观幸福感与幸福行为表现的关系。研究结果表明:(1)城市教师的主观幸福感偏低;(2)不同性别、不同健康状况的教师在主观幸福感上存在差异;(3)教师人格特质与主观幸福感、幸福行为表现存在显著相关,人格特质因子能部分预测教师的主观幸福感受和幸福行为表现;(4)教师幸福行为表现能部分预测教师的主观幸福感。根据研究结果,城市教师主观幸福感的提高应注重教师积极人格特征的培养、关注教师的专业成长与发展及关注教师的性别差异。

Abstract:The study conducted questionnaire survey to study the relationship between personality,well-being source and subjective well-being of city teachers,and 168 city teachers participated in the survey.The results showed that the subjective well-being of city teachers is low.There are sex and health differences between teacher's subjective well-being.There are significant correlations between teacher's personality,well-being source and subjective well-being.Teacher's personality could partly predict the well-being source and subjective well-being.Teacher's well-being source could partly predict the subjective well-being.Based on the results,we should attach great importance to the development of the positive personality and pay close attention to the professional growth of the teacher,and focus on the sex and health difference.
