| 摘 要： | 教育发展的区域不平衡性决定了高等教育大众化具有区域性,少数民族教育作为高等教育的一个分支,对整个高等教育系统的发展具有不可忽视的作用。从高等教育大众化的视角出发,研究民族高等教育的现状,分析民族受教育的人口数与教育经费的关系、面临的问题及其解决的方法,为我国发展少数民族高等教育提供一些对策建议。
