| 摘 要： | 无效婚姻制度是结婚制度的重要组成部分,对于规范公民的结婚行为,保护当事人及子女利益,促使公民建立合法婚姻关系具有极为重要的意义。文章分析了我国大陆地区关于无效婚姻的法律规定,借鉴外国及我国港澳台地区的立法经验,结合我国大陆地区的实际,提出了一些立法建议。

| Abstract: | The invalid marriage plays an important role in the marriage system.It is the "marriage" that doesn't cause rights and obligations between the married people,for it doesn't have the important conditions of legal marriage.This thesis analyzes the articles about invalid marriage in China.After studying the law of marriage of other countries,and combining the practical condition of our country,the author puts forward some legislative suggestions. |
