大学校园仪式的缺失与重构

大学校园仪式是在大学文化的规范体系下,为了实现共同的价值取向和行动目标,师生共同参与的校园文化活动.它对于融洽和谐校园人际关系,促使道德行为认同,形成独特大学精神,都有着不可或缺的积极作用.然而,在现实的大学生活中,校园仪式这一宝贵的教育资源并未受到应有的认识和重视,没能发挥其固有的教育功能.大学应积极呼唤仪式回归,从认知态度、核心要素、具体实施路径等方面加强大学校园仪式建设.

Absence and Reconstruction of the University Campus Ceremony

The university campus ceremony(UCC) is a solemn campus cultural activity involved by both teachers and students under the regulated system of the university culture in order to achieve common values and goals,which plays a positive and indispensable role in the harmonization of interpersonal relationship,identification of ethical behaviors and the formation of unique university spirit.However,in real life of the university,UCC,as a precious resource for the education,has not been given due attention and understanding,and it has failed to play its due role.Universities should actively call for the return of the UCC and comprehensively strengthen the construction of the UCC by such means as cognitive attitude,core elements,specific implementation pathway,etc.
