逍遥散加减治疗肝着肝郁脾虚证临床疗效观察

目的:观察逍遥散加减治疗肝着肝郁脾虚证的临床疗效。方法:将80例肝着肝郁脾虚证患者随机分为两组,其中对照组40例,治疗组40例。对照组予西医护肝治疗,治疗组在西医护肝治疗基础上加用逍遥散治疗,观察比较两组临床疗效。结果:两组患者临床症状及中医证候积分均得到有效改善,治疗组临床疗效总有效率为87.50%,高于对照组67.50%(P0.05),两组中医证候积分对照组9.03±3.95,治疗组3.84±2.67,治疗组明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:逍遥散具有疏肝解郁、健脾和中的功效,对肝着肝郁脾虚证患者的临床症状改善有确切的疗效,并具有安全、方便及毒副作用低等特点。

To observe the clinical curative effect of XiaoYaoSan Decoction in the treatment of liver fixity liver stagnation and spleen deficiency

Objective: Observe the clinical effects of XiaoYaoSan Decoction in the treatment of liver fixity liver stagnation and spleen deficiency. Results: the clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were improved, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.50%, higher than the control group 67.50%(P<0.05), TCM syndrome scores in the control group 9.03±3.95, the treatment group was 3.84±2.67, The treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of XiaoYaoSan Decoction with relieves the depressed liver, invigorate the spleen and regulating the stomach, the clinical symptoms of liver fixity have definite curative.
