海枫藤挥发性化学成分的GC/MS分析

摘    要:采用同时蒸馏萃取法提取海枫藤挥发性成分,并用气相色谱—质谱法对提取物进行化学成分分析.鉴定出46个成分,以归一化法测定了各个成分的质量分数.其中超过8%的有4种:亚油酸(8.26%),(Z,Z,Z)-9,12,15-十八碳三烯-1-醇(9.63%),N-苯基苯胺(12.00%),棕榈酸(29.49%).

Abstract:Marsdenia officinalis Tsiang et P.T.Li were extracted by the method of simultaneous distillation extraction.The components were separated and identified by GC-MS analysis and elucidated by comparison with standard mass spectral data.47 compounds were identified from the extraction of simultaneous distillation extraction.The components with more than 8% relative contents were four sorts 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid 8.26%,9,12,15-Octadecatrien-1-ol 9.63%,N-phenyl-Benzenamine 12.00%,and n-Hexadecanoic 29.49%.
