特殊不锈钢轧制头尾停水控制系统的改进

摘    要:为适应303Cu等特殊不锈钢线材轧制的工艺要求。通过对原来高线控制系统中的人机界面与GEPLC程序进行修改和添加,达到对轧件头尾自动停水的功能。其中每个水阀的停水时长可编辑,不同规格和钢种的停水程序可保存及调用,操作采用自动、手动双操作模式。该系统的使用,能有效解决易切削不锈钢303Cu等钢种轧制过程中易发生头部开裂现象,提高生产效率和产品质量。

Abstract:To meet the process demands for the special stainless steel like 303Cu wire rolling, we modified and added Human -Machine Interface and GE PLC program to the initial assemble line control system to achieve the function of automatically stopping the water in the start and the end of rolling pieces. The waterstopping time of each valve can be edited, and the stopping program on different kinds of steels can also be saved and transferred. Furthermore, the process can he operated both by hand and self-motion modes. The problem of head rupture during the kinds of easily cutting stainless steels rolling such as 303Cu is solved by using this system. Therefore, the production efficiency product quality are improved.
