| 摘 要： | 近十年来,随着我国社会主义市场经济体制逐渐完善,地方高校唯有面向区域经济的发展实际,办出特色,才可能有自身的发展空间与机会.浙江省地方高校从办学定位、政府参与方式、办学体制、投入机制等几个方面体现了相应的特色,对我国其他地方高校办出特色提供理论与实践上的启示.

| Abstract: | In the last decade,with the gradual perfection of socialist market economy system in our country,it is possible for local universities and colleges to seize the opportunities to develop themselves.Only by doing so can they have room for development and create their own features.The characteristics of running local universities and colleges in Zhejiang Province are mainly embodied as below: the fixed position of running education,the way of government participating,the system of running education,the mechanism of educational investment,all of which may have theoretical and practical enlightenment for others in our country. |
