咂酒的文化及现实意义浅析

摘    要:少数民族的酒文化由于受民族性格、生活方式、风俗习惯、农业发展水平、酿酒技术、地理条件等因素的影响,具有自己鲜明的民族特色。而咂酒作为少数民族酒文化百花园中一朵奇葩,在西南一些少数民族生活中居于十分重要的地位。以西南几个少数民族,尤其是羌族为例,简要介绍了咂酒的起源、制作、饮用习俗,分析了它所具有的文化意义及其现实意义。
