| 摘 要： | 远程教育作为一种重要的教育方式和学习资源，为世界各国教育的发展做出了巨大的贡献。青海牧区地处祖国西部的青藏高原，发展远程教育是牧区教育发展的时代选择，本文针对牧区的区域特征，通过深入细致的分析和研究，对牧区远程教育的发展提出了几点设想，旨在促进牧区教育的跨越式发展。

| Abstract: | ODE,as an important education method and study resources,greatly contributes towards developing education all over the world.For Qinghai pastoral area that is located in the northwest of China,developing ODE should be the choice that is demanded by times.In order to progress rapidly in education in Qinghai pastoral area,the writer presents several tentative ideas about developing ODE by deeply analyzing and researching on it. |
