| 摘 要： | 集中反映儒家教育价值观的“学而优则仕”,其教育价值取向究竟是社会本位还是个人本位,长期以来学界一直对此有争论。从“学而优则仕”的语义、“学”与“仕”的关系以及中国古代社会政治结构背景下其本身的理论缺憾等3个方面可以得出这样的结论:孔子“学而优则仕”的观点蕴涵的是一种社会本位的教育价值取向。

| Abstract: | "Excellent learning,a prosperous official career achieved"mainly reflects confucian outlook on education value.Whether its education value is society-oriented or individua-oriented has been a controversy.From the semantic meanig of "excellent learning,a prosperous official career achieved",the relation between"learning"and "official"and its theoretical defects under the political background ancient society in China,such conclusion can be drawn:what confucian "excellent learning,a prosperous official career achieved" embodies is a kind of society-oriented education value. |
