| 摘 要： | 人民调解制度是我国重要的纠纷解决方式,近年来因自身局限而不能充分发挥解纷作用,其功能有下降趋势。要顺应法治和构建和谐社会的新形势要求,必须从其自身机构建设、效力及与其他制度衔接等方面加以完善,以适应后诉讼时代形势变化的需要。

| Abstract: | The system of people's mediation is an important way of our country to solve the disputes.But it can't work well because of its limitations in the recent years.Its function descends step-by-step.To meet the need of establishing the harmonious and legal society,we should perfect it from its organization and effect.At the same time,we may linked it up with other systems.In this way,we can deal with the chanllenges in the modern society. |
