流程管理技术电子化的演变路径及趋势分析

对于流程管理的起源,一般认为,流程管理的正式提出是在上世纪90年代中、后期。本文认为,流程管理自从泰勒的科学管理提出以来开始萌芽,从流程电子化的形成和发展视角分析,至今经历了四个演化阶段:传统流程技术阶段、内部电子化流程阶段、全面电子化流程阶段、电子平台化阶段,各阶段具有不同的发展特征。

Analysis on development route and trend of the BPM technology electronization

To the origin of business process management, it is generally acknowledged that the formal proposition of BPM was in the middle and later periods of the 1990s of last century. This text thinks, from the forming and developing visual angle of networked processs to analyse, since Taylor’s scientific management was proposed, business process management began to sprout and have gone through four stages of evolving so far: Traditional process technological stage, inside electronic process stage, overall electronic process stage, electronic process stage. Every stages possess the different characteristics.
