我国高职院校食品类专业设置的问题探讨

摘    要:高职院校的专业设置必须服务于行业和区域经济,为产业链各工作职业岗位培养高素质的技能型人才。高职院校食品类专业设置应针对行业特色,有所侧重地突出岗位特色;新专业设置要注重分析食品类专业设置的现状,要明显突出体现"新"字;专业名称要规范,要充分体现食品行业、技术岗位以及技术层次等特征。

Abstract:Vocational colleges set up the specialties which must serve the industry and regional economy and cultivate the high-quality skillful professionals for various jobs in the industrial link.Vocational colleges set up their food specialties which should be aimed at the industry characteristics and also place extra emphasis on job characteristics;the new specialty setup should focus on the analysis of status of food specialty setup and should obviously highlights the word "new";specialty name must be standardized and fully reflect such features as food industry,technical post and technical level.
