工学结合是将学习与工作结合在一起的教育模式，历经百年不衰却在实践中频遭质疑，基于此，本文从工学结合的现状陈述到原因分析，引入共生理论对工学结合进行细致分析，最后从共生理论的视角为工学结合创新和谐发展抛砖引玉。

Model Innovation for Combination of Work and Study based on Symbiosis Theory

Combination of work and study is a kind of education mode which combine work with study .It frequently be questioned in practice ,and existed for hundreds of years. This paper , based on the current situation of work-study combination , analyzes it by using Symbiosis Theory , and tries to innovatively develop the combination of work and study from the view of Symbiosis Theory.
