| 摘 要： | 本文在回顾和分析我国科技信息事业创业历史及不同阶段发展特征的基础上,对新世纪科技信息事业所面临的形势、发展思路、发展重点。应坚持改革开放,坚持高起点,坚持发展创新,在今后15年~20年间建成功能社会化、资源数字化、结构网络化、产品与服务规模化、服务深层化与个性化的现代知识服务体系,为国家创新体系的建设,为国家科技、经济、社会做出新贡献。

| Abstract: | Basing on reviewing and analyzing Chinese scientific and technological informaton undertaking history and the features of its each development stages, We should insist on reforming and opening, Cling to develop at high level, and persist in innovating. In the next 15 - 20 years, we should establish a moderm knowedge service system with socialized function, digitized resource, netlike structure, deep and customeroriented service, providing product and service in scale, which contribute to national innovation system, science and technology., economy and society. |
