| 摘 要： | 辛亥革命前资产阶级拟订商法的活动是一次有领导、有组织、有明确宗旨的全国规模的民间商业立法活动.<商法草案>是这次活动的直接成果.它是中国历史上第一部比较完整的近代资本主义性质的经济法规文献.这次活动加强了资产阶级的联合以及资产阶级与立宪派之间的联系.

| Abstract: | Before the 1911 Revolution, the Drafting of commercial law was a well-organized activity with good control and clear aims which brought about The Draft of Commercial Law, the first presumably perfect bourgeois economic document in Chinese history. This activity strengthens the bourgeois cooperation and brings more contacts between bourgeoisie and constitutionalists. |
