急性牙周脓肿手术切除38例疗效观察

为急性期牙周脓肿患者寻找一种较彻底的治疗方法，观察牙周袋切除术的疗效。采用配对比较法，两组均以钢丝结扎固定患牙，解除创伤ｈｅ，给予同样抗菌消炎药物。实验组将牙周袋完全切除，并刮除袋内牙石，用３％过氧化氢液冲洗牙周袋。对照组则将脓肿剌破引流脓液，其余处理同实验组。结果：实验组３８例一周复查显效率为９４．７４％，３个月复查显效率为１００％。对照组３８例一周复查显效率为７３．６８％，三个月复查显效率为５

Clinical Study on Surgical Excision to Acute Periodontal Abscess

To find a more complete treatment for the acute periodontal abscess and observe the therapeutic effectiveness of periodontal pocket excision. Seventy two cases of acute periodontal abscess were divided at random into two groups. In addition to temporary splinting with wire to involved teeth, antibiotic administration, subgingival scaling and 3% H 2O 2 irrigation, 38 cases in experimental group were treated with periodontal pocket excision while 38 cases in control group were treated with broken drainage of the abscess. The result showed that the therapeutic effectiveness for the experimental group was 94.74% after one week of the treatment and was 100% after three months while the therapeutic effectiveness for the control group was 73.68% after one week and 55.26% after three months ( P <0.01),indicating that the periodontal abscess excision was better than abscess drainage.
