| 摘 要： | 融资租赁是以"融物"的形式来实现"融资"的目的。中国融资租赁业起步较晚,在中国还属于朝阳产业;由于经济政策、管理体制、信用机制的变化以及租赁公司自身管理的原因,融资租赁业在发展过程中仍存在着不少的问题和困难;要发展好中国的融资租赁业,需从政策、立法、风险防范、人才培养、和业务创新等多方面入手。

| Abstract: | Financing rent is to realize "financing money" through the form of "financing material". Financing rent industry starts very late in China, it is still in its early stage; Because of the economic policy, management system, credit mechanism, and the management problem in renting company, there are many problems and difficulties in the course of financing rent industry's development. To develop financing rent industry, measures should be taken from policy, law, risk avoidance, talented person education, and business innovation. |
