| 摘 要： | 哈萨克斯坦共和国独立后，地缘优势与经济发展的互补性，使新疆与哈萨克斯坦的经贸合作呈现持续稳定增长的良好势头。新疆一方面积极开展与哈萨克斯坦的经贸往来，另一方面为中国内陆及沿海地区发展哈萨克斯坦的经贸关系起到了桥粱纽带的作用，并且为我国能源战略的实施发挥了积极作用。尽管在新疆与哈萨克斯坦的经贸往来中存在不尽人意之处。但前景看好。

| Abstract: | After the independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Xinjiang district has played an important role in trade with Kazakstan because of regional advantage and complement in economic development. On the one hand, they developed connection in trade with Kazakhstan; on the other hand, Xinjiang district has functioned like a bridge in trade contact betweem China and Kazakhstan. It also has active function for China to carry out the strategy in energy. Although the trade contact was unsuccessful, the future is very good. |
