On Feasibility of Community Correction System

Community Correction System has become a worldwide trend in which the penalty is individual-oriented,moderated and executively socialized.This system is also workable in our country,which is beneficial for the transformation and thorough reform of the perpetrators.However,in real practice,we need a series of relative rules and regulations to ensure the implementation of the system in question.This article discusses the Community Correction System in the aspects of its history and development,theory research,the basis for its development in China as well as its need-to-be improvements.
