基于MCGS的单容水箱液位监控系统设计

摘    要:工业液体的液位控制系统是工业生产中比较典型的控制任务之一,许多控制系统的模型与此类似。因此。液位控制是过程控制系统教学重要内容之一。那么如何能结合生产过程贴近实际,又能更好调动学生的积极性,提高教学效果。结合教学经验,在文章中作者给出了以MCGS通用组态软件、PLC构成单溶水箱液位监控系统的一般方法及具体过程,实践教学效果良好,具有很好的借鉴价值。

Research on Single Tank Water Level Monitoring System Base on MCGS
Abstract:Industrial liquid level control system is one of the typical control tasks in industrial production and many control system model is similar to it. Therefore, the liquid level control is an important part of the teaching process control system. So how to combine the production process closer to the reality and can better mobilize students' enthusiasm, improve the teaching effect. Combined with teaching experience, in this paper the author introduced the use of MCGS common configuration software and PLC constituting a general method of single tank level monitoring system and the concrete process of the practice, The teaching effect is good .It has the very good reference value.
