环保型高效保温太阳能热水器主要部件的设计

摘    要:人们专注于太阳能热水器集热管的高效集热及保温技术的开发,而易忽视储水及送水过程中尤其是储水箱热的损失以及保温层加工中氟利昂问题和报废后聚氨酯保温层“白色污染”的处理。文章针对目前这些问题以及南方地处亚热带和阴天、雷雨气候较多的问题,介绍了环保型高效保温太阳能热水器的集热管、储水箱等主要部件的筛选设计,以及据此设计制造的整机实验效果。

The design of Major component of Environmentally Efficient insulation solar water heaters
Abstract:People focus on solar water heater collector tube solar collector efficiency and insulation technology development, Obviousness ignored during storage and botded water, especially hot water tank insulation layer processing losses and problems and scrapped Freon polyurethane insulation layer of"white pollution" processing. This article is aiming at these problems and the southern subtropical and cloudy, thunderstorm climate. This paper introduces environmentally friendly and efficient insulation collector tube solar water heater, storage tanks and other major components of the screening design, as well as the design and manufacture of the machine accordingly experimental effect.
