多元学业评价理论在考核电工综合实训之探讨

为了适应高职教育新形势的发展，配合课程改革，扬长避短，进一步突出高职教育特色。探讨从多元评价层面提高学生学习的积极性，培养学生的创新精神全面推进素质教育。探讨在对学生考核评价过程中，在进行量化指标的考核时，不宜忽视许多虽不能直接量化但对学生人格的健全、职业素养起重要作用的因素。文章分析了目前在电工综合实训教学评价的现状，以及在这方面所进行的实践探讨过程。

Multiple academic assessment theory and comprehensive training in assessment of the discussion

In order to adapt to the development of the new situation of higher vocational education, curriculum reform, foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, further highlight the characteristics of higher vocational education. From pluralistic evaluation level to improve student learning enthusiasm, cultivate students＇ innovative spirit comprehensively promote quality education. In the process of evaluation on students＇, when carries on the quantitative indicators of assessment, should not be neglect quantitative but for many, though not directly students＇ perfect personality, professional quality, factors play an important role. In this paper, analysis of the current in the electrical and comprehensive practice teaching evaluation of the status quo, as well as the process of practice, in this respect.
