| 摘 要： | 高校行政管理在高校发展中起到至关重要的作用,本文就目前高校行政管理工作方面存在的问题进行分析,归纳总结一些高校行政管理的特点,通过工作实践的基础上,有针对性地总结出如何有效加强高校行政管理工作效率的方法,并提出高校行政管理建设过程中的基本措施,从而推动高校行政管理的有序发展。
