| 摘 要： | 针对目前研究生思想政治教育中存在的导师、学院"两张皮"现象,本论文试图构建学院和导师在研究生思想政治工作中的协同机制,从机构设置相互兼顾、辅导员队伍相互交融、丰富工作沟通平台、改进考核评估制度四个方面的提出设想,以期整合学院和导师的力量做好研究生思想政治教育工作。
