| 摘 要： | 对X中学的调查显示,特岗教师为农村中学带来了新生活力,解决了该校教师"超编缺师"的难题。但特岗教师服务期满后继续留任存在着入编难,难"留心"等问题。这些问题的解决需要各个部门同心协力,确保特岗教师期满后可以继续留任。
