| 摘 要： | 在战后的60年里,日本走过了从“贸易立国”到“技术立国”到“科技创新立国”的独特发展道路。从战后初期的“吸收型”、“模仿型”技术发展路径,逐步实现了“追赶型”,最终建设成为“领先型”的创新型国家,成为当今世界第二经济强国,在每一个关键的转型时期,日本政府都分别制定了有步骤、分阶段的政策与对策,并选择了适合本国国情的发展路径。

| Abstract: | During the 60 years after the war,Japan has gone through a unique development road from "basing the construction of the nation on foreign trade" to "basing the construction of the nation on technology" and finally to "basing the construction of the nation on technological innovation".Started to take "absorptive" and "imitational "featured technical development method,ultimately accomplished the innovative national construction that is pursuing and one-up,renowed as the second strongest economic powers nowadays.At the every crucial conversion period,the Japanese government has set methodical,grading policy and countermeasures,and selecting development mode based on the fundamental realities of the country. |
