| 摘 要： | 《师资培育法》的颁布,打开了台湾师范教育市场化的阀门。师范院校在优势尽失的情况下,又面临着"供需失衡、教师流浪"的新困境。为此,各师范院校无不亟思突破,纷纷通过内外调整因应转型。在此过程中,台湾师范院校取得了一定的成效,也积累了丰富的经验。基于此,为大陆师范教育发展提出若干意见或建议。

| Abstract: | The enacting of the Teacher Education Act has promoted the marketization of teacher education in Taiwan.In addition to the loss of their advantages,the teacher education colleges(the normal colleges) has suffered a new predicament-the imbalance of supply and demand and the unsettled teachers.With regard to this,the teacher education colleges make every attempt to change by the adjustment inside and outside.And consequently,they have obtained certain achievement and abundant experience.Based on this,suggestions have been brought forward for the development of teacher education in mainland China. |
